I am a qualified UKCP registered Psychotherapist and BACP Senior Accredited Counsellor (MBACP), with 6 years clinical experience. I have undertaken extensive training and have been awarded a Level 6 Diploma in Relational Counselling and a Level 7 Postgraduate Advanced Diploma of Integrative Psychotherapy, and I continue to undertake further professional development to keep up to date with emerging theories and new fields. 

I offer counselling and psychotherapy for adults on a long, medium or short term basis. I work professionally through The LightHouse Clinic

I live in Wales between the sea and the mountains, where I have practised as a bereavement volunteer and support worker for vulnerable young adults and people with learning disabilities. Prior to this I lived in London, working as career coach and recruitment specialist in the creative sector. My path has brought me into contact with a broad spectrum of people from many walks of life, and I believe in treating every individual with respect and compassion.

My other qualifications include a BA Jurisprudence,  and I have undertaken CPD through Psychotherapy Excellence in Telehealth for Mental Health Professionals to deliver online therapy.
